When it says "Not Present until (X)" what do you mean? Like it didn't show up until a certain month or it showed up on a certain month? 

Do you guys have a most recent map? I have a graffitti kink (you could call it that) and I'm really wanting to take pictures of them before someone removes them or they're destroyed or too faded. All of these are within 5 miles of my house!
