The 3DS version of Snake Eater has been moved around quite a bit since its announcement at the 2011 Tokyo Game Show. Originally scheduled for a December 2011 release, the game was pushed back to March 8, 2011 in November to iron out some bugs and prep the game to be compatible with Nintendo’s Circle Pad Pro. Now the date is shifting again, but this time it’s going in a much more favorable direction.
According to a press release from Konami, gamers can now expect to see Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D on store shelves in North America on February 21, 2012. In addition to some visual polish and a 3D upgrade, Snake Eater 3D will also host a new camouflage photography system that will allow gamers to take pictures of their surroundings with the 3DS and use them to create new, in-game camouflage patterns for Snake – a concept that is very likely to result in many interesting wardrobe decisions for the tactical espionage expert.
Keep it tuned to PixlBit for more information on Snake Eater 3D as it becomes available.
METAL GEAR SOLID SNAKE EATER 3D BREAKS COVERPenis camo, day 1. Calling it now.
Are you saying you'd like to wrap yourself up in a garb of penises as soon as possible?
That's what it sounds like to me.
No, no, I'm saying that I want to put my penis all over Snake... Wait that came out wrong.
Haha, I guess Konami realized how stupid it would be to put this game against Kid Icarus: Uprising. Considering the MGS HD Collection has been our for nearly two months, I don't think any self-respecting 3DS owner with access to either a 360 or PS3 would buy that game. E3 2010 visuals or gtfo Konami.
Seriously, 3DS games can look better then that (Mario 3D Land).
I was going to say if you have a pet, take a picture of their fur/scales,feathers...
Tough choice for feb. Resident Evil or this. Both use the circle pad pro. Is it really worth it to drop a 20 for a perhiphal that won't have much support?
