You may have noticed a general absence from the site over the past few weeks from Stanton Daries. Sadly, we've had to let him go due to some extenuating circumstances.
Unfortunately, we can't disclose the exact reasons for having to dismiss him, but needless to say it was absolutely necessary. We wish Stanton the best going forward and hope that he finds himself a new home (I hear Giant Bomb is hiring).
In other news, PixlBit will be flying to E3 in style this year. First-class bookings on direct flights with a hotel room right across the street from the LA convention center. It will be awesome.
Gah, I wish I was going. Good thing my house should be getting a bit more comfortable. Just came into a nice sum of money and I should be able to afford some really nice furniture.
How much did your soul cost you!
See, this is why you were fired. That's clearly a question, yet you ended it with an exclamation point. Fool!
I'm sorry Stanton, but you just weren't aligning with the core values of PixlBit. For reference:
1). Cover the Right Things
2). Review with Care
3). Write with Passion
4). Improve Constantly
5). Love to Learn
I know you were one of our better and more influential writers, but it's just the direction we have to take at this time. Also, I'm going to need your phone...
So bitter
That's right. The check fails to clear and you label it April Fools.
Check? What check? I have no idea what you're talking about...
Oh, great. So we're not going to be flying first-class?

Fixed for accuracy.

Too bad none of the PixlBit staff members follow these values.
What a twist!
