Ser Flash lands on PixlBit fresh off the plane from his foiled return to 1up.

Hey all, Ser Flash here. This is just a quick post to set things rolling on this bloggie thingie here on PixlBit. I was gunna start things up on 1up again but we all saw what happened with that, yeah?

Anyways, a little about me. I'm a casually hardcore gamer with a penchant for shmups. I also enjoy the odd RPG here and there, but mostly, if I control a small ship, have to dodge fire and blow the crap out of everything on screen, I'm in. In fact, I created a web series back in my 1up days (which ended up migrating to other websites) that is currently in its fourth year called Bullet Heaven HD. The 64th episode just recently aired on YouTube and PPR. 

Speaking of which, I'm a core member of website Press Pause Radio, and currently hold the position of Director of Creative Content, as well as the third chair on the bi-weekly podcast of the same name. We'll be at PAX East2013! 

Anyways, that's just a quick "about me" in a nutshell. Hopefully, PixelBit will make for a great gaming blog solution, especially since so many of the peeps from 1up seem to be making the transition here too. Maybe some BaD is on order? I used to do that sort of thing ages ago (before it was cool! ) so who knows? See you all again soon!
