Apparently, there are now going to be monsters in Titanfall.
I was a bit weirded out by this at first, then after some acceptance, I have to admit that I’m really digging the idea now. Supposedly, some just roam while others are easily provoked, which could be a tide turner in battle.
Just imagine; you’re losing to a team, and then you just happen to see a massive monster lurking around in the vicinity. Personally; I would aggro the creature and lure it right to my enemies, simply because I could.
Or you could look at it from another angle, of possibly turning a competitive match into a co-op match suddenly as both teams battle to take down the monstrosity.
Either way though, this is just more great news to get my pumped for the release.
Too bad Dark Souls II releases on the same day, dammit!

If you ever saw the movie The Mist (story by Stephen King), the Leviathan (third pic) reminds me of the monster seen at the end of the film.

Is it just me or is X the Japanese equivalent of American Titanfall.

That's right. A Japanese RPG to the American Shooter, but both have humanoinds, mechs, and creatures.
I'm thinking of requesting a PC beta code, but they're probably already taken. I'll try though.

Wow. Mechs vs Monsters. Sounds like Pacific Rim. Now I'm REALLY interested!
That idea does sound intriging. I would try to lure an animal into the brawl much like how it's done in Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon with the blood dragons themselves.
Still it doesn't make up for the lackluster plot offered in this game.
