Well folks, I messed up on PSN again over the weekend. This time I bought the Deadly Premonition Director's Cut Ultimate Bundle and forgot that I had the regular edition still in  my shopping cart. So basically I bought the same game twice in one transaction and wound up paying $39.98 instead of $19.99.

I tried reasoning with a very cold person at Sony customer service and all I got was "we don't give refunds". I can see that if I bought two different games and decided I didn't want one of them but not when I've accidentally paid twice for the same game.

After trying to explain I was put on hold and she came back saying "You'll hear about your refund within 3 business days." So we'll see, but I'm not expecting anything.

I've decided to remove my credit card information so this cannot happen again. If I don't have enough in my wallet from a prepaid card they will have nothing to charge it to.

On a totally unrelated topic, here's a picture of another one of our cats. Her name is Mouse. She was so named because she was so tiny when we got her (under 1 lb). It turned out that both she and her sister Skunk were suffering from dehydration. We had a bunch of vet bills right off the bat to get both of them healthy again.

Even though she's 10 years old now she still seems like a kitten. It looks like she has incredibly huge eyes but really she just has a tiny little head.

In this rare shot our Tortie (affectionately named Hag) is not chewing mouse's face off for climbing up beside her. Mouse is wondering what the hell I'm doing pointing my phone at her.

Today we mix Pandas with kitties

I am crazy two headed Panda cub, isn't that scary?

Oh PSN some days I'm not a fan. A couple of times I bought DLC that never showed up (both on the Vita). I repurchased one of the DLC and it downloaded. Yup DLC that would normally cost $2 was now $4.

I don't trust Playstation with a credit card...or any other of these console stores (and iTunes/Google Play). It's too easy to hit buy, and if you go with the prepaid cards it becomes a "Do I really want this game, to justify going to to the store" debate.

If you only had pandas and cats going down a slide picture...

I'm getting lost in Mouse's eyes ...

Man, sorry to hear that Pete. I can't even buy anything off PSN because my account is all screwed up. If my PS3 were to die I would lose everything I "own" on there. I took my credit card info off there a long time ago.

Other than forgetting to cancel after my free month of PSN and automatically getting charged for another three, I am very careful about my purchases. I also make sure that I have to enter my password every time I purchase something, and believe it or not, that has helped with my impulse spending incredibly.

I have a couple of rare shots like that from my previous two cats. The younger, much larger cat was first, and she had designs on remaining an only kitty. When we added the sweet, tiny old lady cat that I inherited after the death of a relative, the younger cat proceeded to kick the shit out of the older, much smaller cat every chance she got. I have two photos where Caitlin was actually beng nice to Gogo and they were snuggling. I think it must have been during a sub-zero stretch of weather, because it only happened once or twice.

I keep hearing that about multiple cats. I think one decides who's boss and makes life miserable for the other. It's somehow in cats solitary nature I suppose. I know big cats are very territorial and won't even let other cats into their hunting grounds unless it's to mate and once that's over, it's get the heck out. It's competition for food I think.

Depends on the cats involved, I think. I'm pretty sure Kaylee would love a feline companion, but two cats in my tiny space would be too much.

They (customer service) should be reasonable. Sorry you bought one game twice, bro! I felt the same way when I bought vanilla NG3 but wanted Razor's edge. lol. I ended up buying RE later so now I have two versions of the same game.

It was nice of you to get Mouse and Skunk healthy again by paying the vet bills. You're a good man,Pete! Mouse has beautiful eyes!

Once I had a free one month trial to PS Plus, and it when ran out, they used the rest of my money in my account to renew it for another three months without asking for my permission.  I didn't complain since it was just three more months, but I certainly don't keep too much money in my PS account anymore!

That happened to me, too, Cary. I was pretty irked.

I've never put my credit card on PSN. I've always just bought points cards.

and that's why I have no CC info on any of my systems. It's way to easy to make a buy when I don't mean to. Sometimes I just use the cart feature to tally up what I'd like but usually have to remove some items due to not enough money. gift cards all the way for me. Atleast Sony makes it easy to remove your CC info now since the hack a few years back. Getting CC info off my XBox account was a bit harder.
