We have lost another great actor, the role I most remember him in was Who Framed Roger Rabbit, which is still one of my fave comedy movies ever. I even like the Mario Bros movie everyone hates in which he played Mario.

Just realized I saw him in his last role as the dwarf Muir in Snow White and the Huntsman.

muir

I imagine the name Muir was used because of it's reference to John Muir the famous adventurer and nature lover.

I loved him in Roger Rabbit and some smaller films.  I was shocked to hear the news.

I liked Roger Rabbit, but I couldn't sit through the whole Mario Bros. movie.  And considering I sat through the live action Double Dragon movie, you know it was bad.

I actually liked the Mario Bro movie too, guilty pleasure I suppose.lol

He really was a great actor and I always felt he was way under rated. Sorry to hear he has moved on.

I saw this all over Twitter this morning, first thought was "The guy from Roger Rabbit", until later on when one of my friends reminded me he was in Mario Bros.

Also check out The Long Good Friday and Mona Lisa if you haven't.

However, the less said about his work in Hook as Smee, the better.
