Anyone else notice that replies to blogs are plain text?

Am I going crazy or did we have the capability to add pictures and video to our replies. Now all I get is a plain text box when I add a reply.

I see it on occasion but I figured it was my web broswer with it's over the top security apps getting in the way. Gotta keep the NSA off my back somehow.
