I had an entire blog typed out and ready for editing but I've put it off for so long that I think I should just give a quick update. I've been thinking on what I should write on my spare time between between everything else and I'm thinking of jotting down some gaming memoirs from my life that I could remember, let alone some other ones outside of video games. Not sure if I should post it here or on the Minds. Maybe both since I don't intend to use many images (unless I think it calls for it) so I could just copy and paste them. What do you guys think?
Gaming memoirs sound interesting.
I have some fun ones, though one or two are embarrassing. One of them I had to leave a match because I had to help bring up groceries one afternoon.
Embarrassing gaming memories. Now that's something to spark some conversation. Trying to think of one myself. . . it'll come to me.
I'd be down for gaming memories, as long as you give us a unique perspective.
That might be tricky. It's not like what Ross Scott asked for (like the plague thing that happened in WoW). Though there are some unique life stories.
I don't get the Ross Scott reference and don't play WoW, but I'm just saying add your voice to it. Like if Super Mario Bros. is a gaming memory, by all means blog about it, but just don't say what everyone else has already said. Unique life stories surrounding that game would honestly be more interesting to me.
Truthfully, I'll read whatever you decide to post, so it doesn't really matter. That's just my opinion as someone who's seen the same games get revisited the same way a few too many times. I'm sure I'll like your blogs.
I get it now. Thanks.
The plague thing I was talking about was the Corrupted Blood Incident (video on it here).
I often think of writing my gaming memoirs.
You too?
yeah man. I think kind of tying it into a personal experience is more interesting than an encyclopedic approach.
Go for it. Post away. :)
