I picked this up on Switch yesterday after hearing good things about it and the good things I heard are all true!
It's a 2D pinball platformer (I refused to use the MV word). Yes, your character can't jump so you have pinball flippers to compensate.
It is a ton of fun so far.
I heard about this. Weird, interesting concept. I'll bet Tami would like it.
I played this game at PAX. I'm surprised I didn't get a press release about it coming out. I'll have to try and request a review code. I didn't really see it as a Metroid style game when I played it at PAX, though.

Yep, you can get it for either of those. I chose Switch because of the portable option. I've played it both ways and I'm still loving it.
I hope it gets added to Game Pass. I'll give it a spin if I see it there. Someone reminded me of demos on PS4 too. I look into that.
I saw this game but I think I'll wait a bit before buying. I still have to finish the Yoshi game on the 3DS.
It's a very unique and fun experience. This is from a guy who sucks at pinball but this works for me.
