Since I'm in Limbo as far as my Adobe Suite stuff, I decided to release my Life is Strange 2 review as a text review. http://www.pixlbit.com/review/1037/life_is_strange_2_episode_1_review
Then I started to test my laptop's built-in Let's Playing features using Celeste as a precursor to doing a Life is Strange 2 Let's Play (that crashed 25 minutes in cause my laptop overheated; it was so noisy it messed with the audio anyway).
I had to adjust levels on both computer and mic a few times so I could be heard over the game, but the game could still be heard underneath my voice without overpowering everything. Turns out the game's audio settings are the only thing that matters, not what volume I have my laptop at (aside from the mic picking it up and causing feedback anyway, which was surprisingly a non-issue).
Here's the best of three attempts at Let's Playing Celeste (Strong Language):
Only other news I have is I'm going to a concert tonight. I have friends of a friend who are in a band called The Happy Alright and I have nothing to do aside from work from home, so I think I'll go and drink a bit.
Happy Friday, everyone!
I think I might have to play Celeste. As much as platformers frustrate me, I still want to be in that world.
Hmm .. It's a Super Meat Boy kind of platformer, so maybe infinite tries will mitigate it, but it's designed to be frustrating.
It frustrates me, as you can hear if you watched the video. Lol
Yea, I watched and heard. Sounds like me.
