So I’ve been away for a couple of days and away from the laptop. Sure having the phone is nice but there’s nothing like having a full on laptop to type away, and just have the screen real estate to watch videos, read, and maybe play some games. I did however have my phone, which don’t get me wrong is still one heck of a media device, and my Switch so during down times I did play some games. Funny thing about this is that at times I forgot today is Tuesday. I kept thinking it was Monday.  

-I’m still on Gems of War, I downloaded the app onto my phone and iPad but haven’t started it. As for the Switch version, I’ve moved up in my Guild because I donate gold to the cause (funny how that always gets you promoted) and I am just grinding away. I do like this part of the game.

-I played a lot more of Lifeless Planet and I’d like to think I’m a third of the way finished but really who knows. I’m judging my progress based on the story and it seems (no Spoilers here, just being as vague as possible) like if this was a movie it would be in an important part of the flick. I’ve kinda figured out how to land from a high jump without the Switch vibrating like mad. Right before I hit the ground I hit the jet back to slow down my descent. It seems to work, heck it might be in my head, but I dig it. I love the exploring aspect of the game even if it subtly leads you in the right direction.

A couple of days ago I said that I was stuck and I checked out a walk through. Apparently the simplest answer was the correct answer. I had the a-ha moment followed by the shame of realizing how easy it was.

-More NBA 2K on the Switch. I lost a couple of games because my team went ice cold from the floor and I lost to some bad teams. It’s part of the fun.

Alright peoples. I should just upload this now, because if I don’t it’ll be Thursday, and I’ll wonder what happened to Wednesday. Have a good week.
