Games Beaten
...Nothing. Again. Though I did finish something on December 1. November was so hectic and December has followed right in its footsteps, hence this blog getting written halfway through the month
Games Bought
The big buy of the month, in my eyes anyway, was Astral Chain (Switch). I had hoped to start it by now but have not had a chance. Part of that is because my wife and kids have been caught up with Pokémon Sword (Switch). Getting Switch time has been tough! We picked up a couple of PS2 games—Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne (which completes the trilogy for me) and Rogue Galaxy (because I need more RPGs)—and from PS+ I got Nioh (PS4) and Outlast 2 (PS4).
Games Being Played
-Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night (Switch)
Almost done!
-Destiny 2 (PS4)
While there isn't too much new to do right now, I've been trying to buckle down on some of the old stuff I missed.
-Earth Defense Force 2025 (PS3)
More progress. Tearing through Hardest with the Wing Diver. I ought to spend some time grinding for armor but I don't want to!
Nothing?? Again?? How am I supposed to live vicariously through your video game accomplishments??
I didn't realize I was doing this until you said it.
Oh geez, guys, now I feel all this PRESSURE!

Don't feel bad. this year has been abysmal for me and my attempts to finish games.
No joke, I think I've played half as many games this year as I have in any of the years I kept track of recently. It's sad.
I have played about half of what I normally would have. I spent possibly a little too much time with Sekiro. At this point, I know I beat RE2, but that might be the only game I actually beat. I put down Bloodstained near the end since I was playing the Switch version and the technically issues started to wear on me.
I remember being really excited by getting Rogue Galaxy. I think I only played a few hours of it though. One of those games I need to get back to.
