Games Beaten
-Yoshi's Crafted World (Switch)
Games Bought
In a repeat of the previous month, the only new game for April is one from PS+. This time that game is SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom — Rehydrated (PS4). I'm thinking my kids will enjoy playing this one.
Games Being Played
-Great Ace Attorney 2 (Switch)
I'm into the fourth case but I haven't gotten into court yet. That third case was a doozy though!
-Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate (Switch)
Made it to Hunter Rank 9 and now dipping into G Rank missions. I'm finally crafting some new armor!
-Mario Super Picross (Super Famicom - Switch Online)
We were out of town this last week and I did almost no gaming...so I'm still in the final set of Mario's puzzles. Hopefully I'll finish those up at the very least this month.
Yoshi's Crafted World was no where near as good as Yoshi's Woolly World, but it was still a good game.
I beat The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles right on time, as the day after, Kirby and the Forgotten Land came out!
Some of the final levels in Crafted World were really cool, like the one with all the axe murders popping out to take swings at you. But it's a game I'm glad to be done with. As for Great Ace Attorney, it's just a matter of finding the time!
So glad you're getting into the endgame with GAA. You really have to devote a lot of time because the last case is huge, but this is what the previous game and cases have been leading to, and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
When I met...a certain character...in the first game, I was like, I'm gonna convict this guy of murder eventually, aren't I? I'm looking forward to it!
I played some of that Spongebob game because it was also on Xbox for free or Game Pass, I forget now. It was fine up until a point, and then some of the platforming got a bit frustrating. Jumping to platforms in a 3D world is not optimal no matter what game it is.
I find I rarely have patience for 3D platformers outside Mario, especially when they are focused on collecting. My kids like it though!
