Games Beaten
-Alan Wake (360)
Alan Wake is a cool game. I expected a horror experience but it's really more about suspense and working through the mysterious story. The mechanics work well enough and were never a problem on my Normal playthrough. It's not a hard game (on Normal) but I don't feel the gameplay is the point. The story and characters are very intriguing and mostly I'm just sad that Remedy will never actually make Alan Wake 2. But for what's there, incomplete as it feels story-wise, it's a good time.
Games Bought
In October we picked up copies of Mega Man 11 (Switch) and Super Mario Party (Switch), though we still have not had a chance to try the latter. Also in October the copy of Cosmic Star Heroine (PS4) I pre-ordered from Limited Run Games finally came. It's got a thick full color manual too! On the PS+ side, Laser League (PS4) sounds like a cool multiplayer game but I didn't get around to trying it and, let's be honest, will probably never get to experience it as intended. 2064: Read Only Memories (PS4/Vita) looks like an old school cyberpunk adventure. Master Reboot (PS3) seems to be an existential sci-fi adventure. And The Bridge (PS4/PS3/Vita), by all appearances, is a trippy puzzle adventure.

-The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (Switch)
I was really hit or miss in playing BotW in October—hopefully November will be better—but most recently I vowed to do the next divine beast and not get distracted anymore...and then I did a dozen shrines in a row lol. But I did at least get into the Gerudo desert and spotty the camel. Progress!
-Mega Man 11 (Switch)
I had even less time for this game, which I do like so far. I've tried out a few stages and did beat Bounce Man.
-Destiny 2: Forsaken (PS4)
After some focused play to raise my Power level, I'm close to 550. Should be able to start doing the Nightfall again soon.
-Earth Defense Force 2025 (PS3)
Progress slowed as I got sick and missed my last EDF night. The missions are getting really tough too.
Games beaten to a pulp!
I wish I had people to play the new Mario Party with. I loved playing the first couple with my friends back in the N64 days. Those were fun.
It's just gonna be me and my wife when we play. We don't even have enough joycon for anyone else to play lol
Well, if you’re going to be playing against the computer, you should know Donkey Kong cheats. 
Yeah, I got nothin' except I think 2064 looks interesting.

It's definitely the game of the bunch I'm most likely to actually play.
Is it in the PS+ package for this month or did I miss it in October?
