I bought and downloaded Link to the Past for Wii U yesterday.  Never played it before, as I never had a SNES.  IT's pretty cool! 

Metroid is my favourite series of all time, but A Link to the Past is probably my favourite game of all time.  I think it is the perfect evolution of the Zelda formula that hasn't been replicated since.

Nice list. I'd like to have Castlevania: Bloodlines. It has yet to make an appearance on a digital service, so it'd be nice for it to be available.

I am sorry to say that I cobbled together this list in less than 5 minutes.  That is why I am missing plenty of games like the Final Fantasies, Secret of Mana, Chrono Trigger... 

There is a new Yoshi's Island that's supposed to come out in march on 3DS. Journey to Silius is hard as hell. I never could make it far in that game. It has some awesome music though.

I know about Yoshi's New Island, but I want the original.

I know that I have gotten to the second stage for sure, but not sure if I ever got past that in Journey to Silius.

Super Metroid: I want this, too, but do not have a SNES. My older brother does, and we lives miles away from each other.

Castlevania:  Aria of Sorrow: Wonder if GameExchange has an old GBA copy

Metroid Fusion/Zero Mission: I have these. I'll just play with Game Boy Player or GBA.

Yoshi's Island: Same as SM

Super Mario World: Ditto

Chip N Dale Rescue Rangers: Forgot about that show

Donkey Kong Country 3: I think I like the first the best

Phantasy Star IV: Not huge on JRPGs, but this brings back memories of the Dreamcast days when PSO was all EGM would talk about.

Legend of Zelda:  A Link to the Past: Never finished it, or played past two dungeons. Got stuck trying to find one on mountain somewhere after beating a sand dungeon.

Legend of Zelda:  The Minish Cap: Love it, need to see if GameExchange has it.

The worst part about this list is that I do already have copies of all of these games, somewhere.  At least I think that I do.  I just want to have a portable copy on a memory stick.

Frankly I don't understand why GBA games were given to early adopters and not provided for sale in the eShop.

I wish that I could understand it as well.  I already have copies of these games on the gba, but I wouldn't mind having them on a slightly bigger screen and on a memory stick.  I have grown to hate swapping out cartridges in handhelds.

I have tons of stuff on my SD card but I always have something in the slot too. Then again I don't have to lug the shit around with me because most of my portable gaming is done at the kitchen table.

Eventhough I don't take my portables on trips all that often because I typically drive I still like not having to deal with changing cartridges.

I would like to see all those too.  I don't understand why the 3DS doesn't have SNES games!  Does it have any SNES?! 

The 3DS has the right number of buttons, why can't we have SNES games?

I was an Ambassador so I got Minish Cap, Fusion, and Yoshi's Island. Though I really would like to have Golden Sun and it's sequel on the Virtual Console some time soon, so I'm hoping that rumor I read somewhere about the 3DS getting GBA VC games is true.

I was tempted to pick up a 3DS at that point, but I don't think that there were any games screaming my name at that point.  Plus, I like my XL.

Phantasy Star IV would be great, but I'd like an HD remake like what they did with Etrian Odyssey and Etrian Odyessy Untold. Make it 3D and add some modern features. I have the original game on like three different systems already.

That sounds like me and Final Fantasy IV.  I own practically every release except the SNES version...  That is at least 3-4 copies.   

Journey to Silius, that's a game that should get more love.
