While I initially considered the possibility of taking part in this years BaD festivities, I made the realisation that I would inevitably miss at least one day no matter my attempt/effort. This would of course proceed to wreck my usual high spirits and lead me to ask one aggravating question "why did I even bother?". In that vein, I choose victory by avoidance and will step aside before the battle commences (what is dead may never die, perhaps?) and merely look forward to enjoying my time reading everyone elses entries.
You all have my admiration as you attempt this brave challenge and I wish you well.

Thing is, the blogs will be easy for me. Commenting? That's the challenge.
I plan on chiming in on quite a few blogs so maybe I can help some small bit with that burden. Team effort and all that.... 
What should we call ourselves? I'm roughly three-quarters Irish, and you're from Ireland if I recall correctly, so maybe we could work that in.
Teamname wise i'm easy as long as we stay away from any (major) stereotypes. Positive stereotyping such as being good drinkers is fair game though haha

You can still particiapte. One thing Alice and Gabe tried to promote when they started BaD was to get members to interact with each other. And one of those ways was to have members to try and comment on as many blogs as possible. That way you would meet new people and everyone would feel invovled and connected.
So read the blogs and comment, which you pretty much do anyway.
Yeah i'm gonna try comment quite a bit and will put together some blogs of my own. it'll be a busy month around these here parts.
