Yep, that's how all of my blogs are. And yes I'm gonna promise you koopas, and troopas, the princess and the others. As long as it isn't Rosalina or Samus :P And like the title of my blog, Hey Paisanos, I'm from 1up and I was known as ngamer-90 there. Plenty of my fellow 1uppers will recognize me. But for those who don't, mainly the new people that will be reading my stuff at PixlBit, I was known as the Nintendo Guy at 1up, some people called me like that. It was due to the fact that I loved Nintendo, that and for the longest time I only bought and played exclusively on Nintendo hardware.
But I never judged a game because it was on another system and people shouldn't say "thiz console sux, my conzole are teh bettur" Each console has it's flaws as well as strenghts and each system brings something new and exciting to this industry. I try to play whichever game I can if I have the means to play it.
While I may have a PS3 and 360 now, I still go out of my way to buy the latest Mario, Pokemon, Zelda and any other Nintendo franchise on day 1. And yes before you acuse me of fanboyism, I am a Nintendo fanboy, probably one of the biggest you ever meet, or not at all. I don't care, I love Nintendo a whole bunch, hence why I chose Captain N as my username. I'm also a nice guy, pretty easy going. I don't get angry easily but if I get pushed too far I get angry.
Now that the obligatory introduction post is out of the way, I hope to blog regularly here. I'll be posting about games I'm currently playing, backlog stuff, recent pick-ups (and not trucks before you become a wise-ass) opinion pieces, maybe some reviews, the ocassional Non-Game Related stuff, updates, and maybe some of my old 1up blogs to get some new opinions and I'll be sure to update those incase I felt something was missing. But expect my stuff to be Nintendo centric because that's my expertise and video game tastes.
Well I guess that's all for now, PixlBit seems like a neat site so far, it could use a forum for discussions unless there is one and I missed it. I hope the community welcomes me into the site with open arms, cause I seem to like it here and hopefully this will be my new home on the internet now that 1up is going through it's final voyage. It's the end of an era, but the start of anew begining. I'll try to stay out of trouble, no promises though :P

I use to watch the Super Mario Bros. TV show all the time when I was little. I think I have one of the DVD's around somewhere.
I wasn't around the time it aired since I wasn't born yet, but I did check it out eventually. I like it, it's pretty funny and I loved the live-action segments, those were funny. Need to pick up volume 1 though, all I have is volume 2.
