The Garfield game doesn't have that deep of a cut. Really the biggest deep cut that game has is that one of the characters you fight is Squeak the Mouse.

Yeah the Garfield game isn't something I'd be all like, '"DUDE YOU HAVE TO CHECK OUT THIS GAME NOW!" And I can understand why some reviewers might've said it was mediocre. But I still enjoyed it for what it was. I just watched a video talking about how it's OK to enjoy mediocre games as long as you have fun, and that describes my time with the Garfield game pretty well.

I try not to go to fast food as much either. It's not healthy and it's getting pricey now.

I can't really recommend Thunder Hoop Collection since it only has two games and only one of those is decent. But I did just finish a review of Joe & Mac Retro Collection so I'd look at that instead.

I don't understand why people would use the Switch as a clock.

It's just hard because that's what I worked so hard in college, to do. And for a while I was like those YouTubers, getting to do all that cool stuff. But after the dot com bubble burst I was never able to fully bounce back. It's hard sometimes when I have to get up in the morning to go to a job I don't like just to pay the bills and while I'm getting ready I hear about all these YouTuber upstarts getting to go do stuff like that. Very discouraging. I know I should get my own YouTube channel but then I'd have to find the funds to get all the equipment I would need and I lack the knowhow to do all that stuff and a lot of these YouTubers have help, too, and I don't have that. It would just be me. Plus I don't know if I'd want to spend all my time chasing YouTube algorithms and such. Life just doesn't work out the way you want it to sometimes.

I never saw Ordyne in the arcade. I think it was just a Japanese exclusive. It did get a release on the TG-16 in the US, but I still never heard of it until I played it on the Namco Museums.

How are you going to watch DuckTales and Rescue Rangers? Do you have Disney+? I think you can at least watch a few of the episodes on YouTube.

I'm kind of interested in Garfield, honestly.

But it wouldn't be a Garfield Monday without a "Splut!" Or a "Gorsh!" (which is Samoan for "Splut").

That Garfield game actually looked surprisingly decent, glad to hear it turned out well, I might have to check it out eventually.

Nintendo probably did pay for it. The industry is always chasing those with the most clout - unfortunately, that seems to be on YouTube these days. But I don't much care for the format and I never really engage with gaming YouTube.

I like some of those fast food toys but I am completely fast food free right now for health reasons.

I like those wooden dioramas in Woodo and I put that Thunder Hoop collection on my Xbox wish list.

I really should break out the Switch, even though I'm not playing it right now, for its other features like as a clock.

This isn't my favorite Zelda game, but I'm looking forward to playing this, too! It's still really fun and I'm glad I pre-ordered it. I'm just jealous of all those YouTubers who go flown out to preview it, apparently. Did Nintendo pay for all those plane tickets? I miss the days when I was in that circle. Oh well, sorry, sometimes I get discouraged about these things.

There is a YouTube channel called ThisIsPete that I follow because he plays a lot of games I remember from my younger years pre-NES. He also does more modern games. One of the Super Woden Racing games unexpectedly went viral, much to his amazement and mild anxiety.

I pre-ordered this as well. It looks awesome.

I loved playing Ordyne with my brother Jeff when he was little. He called it the 'flying game.'

Chip N Dale Rescue Rangers is my number one favorite cartoon of all time.

Mystery Science Theater 3000 is my number one favorite TV show of all time.

Highly recommend watching DuckTales. The original is better than the reboot, but both are good.

It has enough to interest me to play a demo or if it comes to Xbox's Game Pass, if I ever get that service again. The fighting looks rad, but the platforming would eventually break me.

I have to watch some DuckTales this month. I certainly liked the video games. I'm going to play the first one again on PS3 this month.

In looking through the card art, they are really gross-out images. I guess that's the point but wow, kind of stomach turning.

Oh, right, Doh it Again on SNES. I just saw Revenge is part of their Arcade Archives series. I just put it on my wish list for Xbox.

This is looking really pretty and I'm heartened to see that they have made some changes to support the more modern gameplay and controls. Glad I nabbed a pre-order on the cheap, I think this seems to be turning out better than I initially thought it would.

I loved watching DuckTales when it first came out. After getting tired of Transformers and the other 30 minute commercial cartoons. I kind of stopped watching new cartoons for a while, but DuckTales got me back into it!

As a kid, I could never understand the appeal of Garbage Pail Kids. So many other kids collected them, though.
