You really have some talent for this. I liked that quite a bit. I have not played Diablo III so this music is all new to me.
I listen to a wide array of gaming podcasts. Both the audio kind and a few video. So I think it's extremely cool you got onto one. Nice job!
I guess for me it's over the top. May explain why I enjoy games like Crackdown,Saint's Row,and Borderlands so much. Although, realistic games like The Last Of Us have a ton of appeal as well.
I must get this album. Newsted is a superb musician and I've always liked his attitude and musical direction. He is a surprisingly good singer. So glad he is fired up and making awesome metal again. Hope to see them live at some point this year.
Very interesting indeed. I do remember playing Hexen and liking it way back when. I will have to go check that out tonight. Hooray for Steam!
Nice! That is one sweet laptop there. I want to find that game Quackshot, never seen it before. I did find X-Men the other day, with a case. How do you clean your Genesis carts? I know there is a kit you can buy for NES/SNES carts. Do you take them apart to do it?
Glad you're making progress on your game. You have a very positive attitude toward the project and that always helps keep things going. I know what you mean about men needing a purpose and goals. I pity those who have none because our time on this earth is painfully brief. You have to make the most of each day to feel good about life. Otherwise it becomes like doing time.
Sexy nuns wearing tight latex? You can count me in. I have been meaning to get this game for months. Now that it is only 30 bucks it is too good to pass up. I do enjoy the fact you can take out targets using a wide variety of tactics. Outstanding review that I learned all sorts of things from.
It came as no surprise to hear about this. It is all just so seedy and underhanded. It probably came down to either threats from the government or promises of favoritism. I agree that Snowden is not a criminal. It took a lot of guts to do what he did. Now they seek to make an example of him. They want the general public to remain in the dark about what is being monitored.
I think dragonflies are interesting. I have only seen a handful here, but they were all enormous. The lighthouse looks cool too. I went to one when we lived in Virginia and it was spectacular, really big. If it were not for stores like Gamebox we'd all be at the mercy of Gamestop. And even Wal Mart, which is far worse. Ours are called Vintage Stock and we have 6 of them locally. Have to admit I like Madonna's earlier music. Heard a really old song of hers the other day called "Sidewalks Talk". Seems like she lost something when she decided she was English. She was Spanish before that!
Great choices, especially on Final Fight and 1943. Those were such classics.I sure do miss the arcades. I remember them being a part of my life in college and even in the Navy. We had a kick-ass arcade on the base in San Diego. Even had six pinball machines in there.
I thought it was one of the best games in the series. I generally stink at mech games, but I did pretty good on that one. Takes some getting used to controls, but it's worth it.
I don't have any Halo comics,so this sounds pretty cool. I think I will like them because I enjoy almost everything Dark Horse does that's game related.
I like the setting a lot. I usually prefer that sort of medeival warfare to high-tech weaponry if given the choice. Might be because of the swords in it. I will definitely be watching for this game.
And for the better,I think. She needed to be more like a woman and less of a video game stereotype. Change is good sometimes. Can't wait to see her new comic book look.
You will probably see me online quite a bit when GTAV comes out. And when I get a copy of Saint's Row 4. My son and I have been doing a lot of PS1 gaming at night lately, plus work is nuts[we are short-handed for a couple of weeks]. But I am going to try to be on here more. Feel like I am missing out on some good blogs and stuff.
Even when she's covered in blood and muck she is. She never has to worry about wrinkles!
It seems like she would be off-balance at all times. Especially with those skinny little legs. The new Lara is a bit more realistic and more agile.
It's true.....Flash really will save every one of us. It's a fact! LOve that movie and Rollerball as well. Watched that one a few weeks ago. I hope that Smithsonian exhibit comes here. That sounds really cool, from what I have read of it. I have not started on The Cave yet, though I bought it on Steam. May do a bit on it tonight, though. The only complaint I could possibly have about Far Cry 3 is the multiplayer and map editor. I like one-on-one deathmatch with vehicles included. Can't do it,but you could in Far Cry Instincts:Predator. People made some amazing maps when that game came out.
I tend to disagree with them on a pretty regular basis. I don't put much stock in what they say. I respect the opinions of the people on this site a whole lot more. And I usually learn more about some games from all of you here.
I love your picks and I seriously learned some new stuff here. Ride The Lightning does tend to get overlooked for being the groundbreaking masterpiece it is. Brilliant from start to finish and the album that made a fan of me. Saw them on that tour and they every song on it in order! Unforgettable show in a small venue in Tulsa. I like how you included Tool,as I think they are incredible. And Powerslave! What a fantastic album that is.
Don't punch the baby! At least give it a gentle punt....onto a bed or sofa. Wordpress is an abomination if you ask me. What a nightmare....
You have excellent choices all around. For me it will be between Bioshock Infinite and The Last Of Us. Have not played Ni No Kuni yet,so I can't comment on that one.
Fantastic picks! All of them. Master Of Puppets is an album every human being should own. Same goes for Killers and Among The Living. These albums you speak of shaped the way I listen to music. I have been a metalhead since I was 10 so that goes without saying! Glad you put in Exodus and King Diamond as well. Legends of metal, both of them.
Loki is a cutie! We have two black cats who just showed up on our porch as kittens and stayed. Glad you were able to spend some quality time with your daughter. As for the homeless thing, many of us out here have had brushes with it at some point in our lives. The fact you survived it and can now thrive shows you have strength and character. I like the music you chose.....David Gilmour is a living legend to me.
