Another hope I have is that I'll be able to find a physical copy of this game, it looks so awesome that it'll sell out quickly!

Try a Kirby game, can't play those without smiling.

It's been a long time since I've played this game, but I remember liking it and thinking it was close to the quality of Nintendo's offerings (which, unfortunately, was a bit unusual for third-party games). I don't remember having issues getting stuck or confused, however I'm pretty sure I didn't beat the game so I may have had trouble near the end and gave it up. I'd like to return to it. Someday...
