Metroid: Other M doesn't suck as much as people say it does. I enjoyed it as a nice change from the Prime games.

The Last Story is pretty damned good, too.

We should play Anarchy Reigns on PSN sometime.

Yes i need to start that soon. Was saving it for after i clear some things off my backlog since i hear its pretty hard, and might take me a while.

I didn't like Other M, I didn't mind the story that much just couldn't get used to playing a 3D game with a dpad. It felt wrong.

I do like Last Story though from what I played of it so far. Need to get back to it.

April 16 is why we need a Time Travling DeLorean. And DmC is the game you're talking about reviewing. As for Other M, it's not as bad as people make it out to be, yes the story isn't for everyone as well as the voice acting, but the gameplay is actually good. Especially the post-game stuff. TLS, I have a copy, but I've yet to open it because it's the CE, it looks too nice to open so I may give it a go, if not I'll just buy another copy.

As for games, I haven't bought any new games this year, all I've bought are some figures like this cool Power Girl one and a Catwoman one, gonna get a Raven one too. Injustice will actually be the first new game I get this year, I'm so excited for that. Gonna try blogging more here too, just need stuff to write about first lol

I couldn't get into Other as I mentioned above controlling in 3D like that with a Dpad just felt off to me.

I already did a blog on the figures, just need to unbox them, well Power Girl, she looks too good to unbox lol  And the 3D controls was one of Other M's biggest flaw, I mean they could of allowed you to use the classic or gamecube controller if they didn't want the nunchuk.

Valkyria rules. Got Metroid M not long ago also, haven't tried it yet but word is its realy not that bad. Hope so anyway.

Wow, what a Haul! I only Bought Arcana Heart 3 this week, nothing better than seeing girls fighting each other. Mwahaha!

AH3 is one of my favorites though its been awhile since i played it.

I played through MG Rising and enjoyed it a lot. I also played a little of TLS, but it just got cliche and unoriginal that I just quit. I am interested in the Darkstalkers game, but the demo made it feel hard as hell to pull of special moves. Don't know why.

Last Story is pretty cliched, but I liked it's characters for the most part though i wanted to choke Zael a couple of times.

Valkyrie Chronicles is one I wish they had on 360 it looks so good and to be honest if i got a ps3 this would be the first game i would get, then theres Alice Madness returns,which i almost got today ended up getting Neir and Venettica instead but it was very close, good year for games you got so far, looks impressive.

Yep and August is going to break me. It has like 3-4 games i need to get day one coming out haha.

I just picked up Hyperdemsion Neptunia (PS3) and Alice Madness Returns (360) a couple of weeks ago.  

I've been seeing Valkyria Chronicles (PS3) and Anarchy Reigns (360) a lot lately.  I may get them soon.   

I never played the first Neptunia but everything I hear about it's battle system makes me want to run far away from it.

I don't know much about the games at all.  They all look cool, so I decided just to get them.  MK is next on the list and then V. 

Metal Gear Rising:  I want the game but with my arthritis and my age there is no way I could enjoy it.

MGR does have and easy mode that has a few things to assist like an auto-parry. You could check out the demo and see if that would help

O_o My lord but you have an interesting few weeks ahead of you....but hey, that's a few weeks that includea Ayesha, Neptunia, The Last Story and frakking Valkyria Chronicles, so power to ya.

You certainly have been busy. I look forward to your blog on DmC as I'm curious to hear more on your thoughts about that despite quizzing you a bit on it already. I also got a kick out of Hot Shots Golf on the Vita. I wish I made more time for it. I should pick it back up.

I am really surprised you got DmC.   I seem to remember on 1up you did not like the direction it took at all. I figured you were gonna boycott it.

Didn't like the art direction, and character designs still don't really, but everything else in the game is pretty great

I remember that Wave Race game. Amazing graphics for a Gamecube game at the time, I thought.

It's an amazing game period, and i got it for a dollar.
