Happy New Year! I suppose that's a little late of a thing to say, but it's been a while, hasn't it? PB & Jason returns today with a bonus-length episode to make up for time lost. This week's PB & Jason covers Pokémon, Super Mario 3D World, the newer video game consoles, and asrealasitgets's blog post. When will the next PB & Jason be? No one knows for sure... Tune in! My brother bought a PS4 at launch, and he still doesn't have a game for it. There literally isn't anything out there that he wants, and nothing that's coming out soon. Why spend that much money on a system you don't even use? It boggles my feeble mind,
McRiiiiib!
I still prefer to believe in the magic of all the work that goes into the podcast.
You touched on a lot of issues that I feel have been sort of neglected on other podcasts I listen to due to end of year game awards and hype for new hardware. I should have been more informative with my questions I posted on my blog about topics to cover. Play to pay Betas, etc.
I think WiiU is the last console I will purchase for a long while. Im pretty satisfied with PC, WiiU and 3DS at the moment.
Great to see the podcast back though!
I know the collection of studios that Sony owns or works with and I really enjoy those games. They may not have announced those games yet, but I know that they are coming. That is why I picked up PS4 early.
I would have picked up a Wii U last January or February for the same exact reasons. There are games that I like that come exclusively from Nintendo and I know that they will come, even if they are not announced yet.
I told Jason to not mention that blog post comment about the hard work that goes into this show! That's like a magician revealing his tricks!
But yeah, no real work involved here. This series is simply the result of what happens when you give a microphone to an extremely opinionated man. All I do is suggest topics, make sure things are factual enough, and try to keep him from rambling too long.
