Following the crash landing of Solo at the box office you may have read of “Star Wars fatigue.” It’s a phantom illness that is being blamed for audiences’ alienation of affection for Star Wars movies after 41 years of wedded bliss. The fans are not tired of Star Wars—they are in an uproar over the direction that the president of Lucasfilm, Kathleen Kennedy has taken the franchise. The fans are centrally angry that after 30 years of waiting for the continuation of Luke Skywalker’s story, he never saw any action and died at the end (was killed by director/writer Rian Johnson). The other issue with fans has been the political shift from focus on authoritarianism/militarism toward identity and party politics. I will admit to consulting a guide on Clossus #3 in Shadow of the Colossus. This one I felt kinda bad about, because the answer was fairly obvious, but I got tired of the hints constantly saying to knock off the guy's armor and me saying, "I GOT IT! I HEARD YOU! I'M TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW I DO THAT!" I learned later you can shut those hints off, which, thank God.
February is usually a bad month and I’m ready for it to be over. But this year, February wasn’t TOO bad for me, but it’s still nice that it’s March now and we know Spring is coming soon. MadWorld is one I played at this CA's (what SFASU called RAs in dorms) room. It was brutally violent, in cel-shaded black & white and featured really satisfying finishers using the motion controls. This is one of those games that might have driven me to get a Wii if I'd had the money.
In 2006, the Wii came out and I ... really wished they'd have stuck with the much cooler-sounding-to-16-year-old-me Revolution, but really wanted Nintendo to succeed, and thought the motion controls were super cool.

Hello everyone, I'm back again. I've played a lot of games since I last blogged, so I'll try and keep my impressions as short as possible. I also decided to split it into two blogs.
Mark and I played some more co-op in Kane & Lynch 2 trying to get a few more achievements. I was trying to get the one where you have to get the kill on an enemy your co-op partner knocked down but not out. I shadowed Mark and shot at anything he did that still moved. I only got a couple more and was still far from the 30 needed for the achievement. So, I just helped Mark get a few other achievements and just had fun with it. Then I switched to Valkyria Revolution, since it installed so quickly.
I was going to get back to playing Halo 5 today, but when I heard there was new content and achievements in Minecraft, I went right back to it. By the end of my night, though, I was getting pretty tired of it, and I decided would put it down for tomorrow (my weekend right now is Fri-Sat).
SWAP Force was the third Skylanders game and featured figures that you could split in two and swap parts to create different hybrid characters. Since there are more characters than in any game so far, I have cropped my photographs to full Super Pananvision 70mm, or 2.2:1 ratio. Yea! Just like Laurence of Arabia.
“Style over substance.” A term often applied to a work with strong aesthetics, yet an overall hollow experience. Yet Persona 5 could have offered a story written by George Orwell alongside gameplay deeper than Dark Souls and it still would have been a case of style over substance. The only possible way it could have added any more style points would be if Michael Jackson moonwalked his way to lend a hand in a fight.
I am currently playing MLB 16 the Show. And why oh why did I digitally dowload the game.
