I was fortunate enough to get an invite to the Network Test for The Duskbloods on the Switch 2 this past weekend. I was able to embark into the land of dusk over the course of all three days it ran and I walked away excited about what FromSoftware is cooking up here. Like every FromSoftware game, it feels built on the back of the last game, and the influence of Elden Ring: Nightreign is clearly apparent. But interestingly, it also evokes Bloodborne in equal measure, while offering something that feels familiar, but unique.

After a very long hiatus, PixlTalk is back for Episode 83. For now, you'll only be able to watch this episode on YouTube, but soon the RSS feed will be updated appropriately in order to bring all of the PixlBit podcasts together into a single feed. In this episode, Nick discusses the state of the industry after both Sony's digital-only announcement and Microsoft's huge layoffs, the games he's been playing recently, and a little bit of site information and where things are going next. Tune in to hear more in this reboot of PixlBit's original podcast!
Around this time, I like to make a list of games I’m looking forward to in the coming year. Of course, this won’t be a complete list, as there will surely be titles announced throughout the year that we don’t know about yet. Especially with the new Switch 2 console being out and all. Heck, this time last year we didn’t even know when the Switch 2 would be coming out! But these are the ones I know about so far that I want to try. So let’s begin!
Around this time, I like to make a list of games that are releasing in the coming year that I’m looking forward to. Of course, this isn’t a full complete list, as there will assuredly be titles announced throughout the year that I may get as well. But anyway, here’s what I know now, for the most part, so let’s take a look at what games I’m looking forward to in 2025!

All good things come to and end, and by now you know that Nerds Without Pants has ended after over 11 years of pantsless podcasting. But that doesn’t mean Julian and Justin are done. Far from it! Introducing The Stage Select, a video game variety podcast launching in 2024. What we have for you here is a repost of the pilot episode, in case you don’t follow us on social media and didn’t know the show has had its soft launch.

Welcome to the final Headlines Edition of Nerds Without Pants for 2023! This was a fun experiment, going weekly and getting to talk about news every other week, but we’ll probably do something different for 2024. This time it’s all about that Grand Theft Auto VI reveal and everything Game Awards related, so sit back and enjoy!

Welcome back to a games-packed edition of Nerds Without Pants! We have most of the big recent releases to talk about, some smaller ones that may or may not be up your alley, and even a little movie talk. Plus, headlines and your emails! Well, email, singular. Should the Banana Boat be drydocked?

Welcome back to Nerds Without Pants! Julian has a big announcement this week: the beginning of a project to upload and archive the entirety of NWP’s 11 year history on our channel! Then we talk about a ton of games before getting into some light headlines.

Welcome to a jam-packed Headlines edition of Nerds Without Pants! It’s time to kick off “The-Artist-Formerly-Known-as-E3” season, starting with Sony’s big PlayStation Showcase! It sure was…something. Something that we’ll talk about. Please be excited for it. PLEASE.

This episode of Nerds Without Pants is coming in a wee late, but we think you’ll dig it! We start with Headlines, and close the segment with a beefy discussion about Xbox: where it’s been, where it’s at, and where it’s going.

Welcome to the first news edition of Nerds Without Pants, as we go weekly for the first time since our beginning way back in 2012! Join us for a second helping of Consumption Junction, followed by Headlines, and then we close out by hopping on the Email Banana Boat. Get into it!

Welcome back to another Nerds Without Pants, where we kick things off with a special announcement: NWP is going weekly! Sort of! You’ll see. Anyhoo, this episode is a chance for Julian to right a great wrong as we talk about good ideas in games that didn’t quite land the first time. Then we have a handful of games to go through before having the first-ever Fatal 4 Way in Video Game Cage Match! Sort of!
Happy New Year! Around this time of year, I like to make a list of games that are releasing in the coming year that I’m looking forward to. Of course, this isn’t a full complete list, as there will assuredly be titles announced throughout the year that I may get as well. Heck, last year we didn’t know about Pac-Man World: Re-Pac until late summer, and that ended up being my Game of the Year in 2022! But anyway, here’s what I know now, for the most part, so let’s take a look at what games I’m looking forward to in 2023!

Welcome to a really special edition of Nerds Without Pants! We watch The Game Awards together every year, but this year we decided to record ourselves, and it ended up working out as a pretty fun commentary track! Enjoy our live reacts to some big announcements, dunk on fashion, and listen to Justin totally fracture when one of his least favorite games of 2022 wins an award. There are instructions on how to sync up the audio with the video archive in the intro to the show, and we have included a link to the official video archive below. I mean, I guess you could listen to this along with someone else's stream, but that would be kinda weird.
Expansion Pass 2 Game #07/ Blog a Day #21

Welcome back to Nerds Without Pants! Hiatus is behind us, and we’ve revealed our favorite games of last year. Now, it’s time to catch up and see just what we got up to during the break. This episode covers a lot, while baring it all!
Hey folks, guess what? After many years of being denied a press pass into E3, I finally got in again! But then, this year’s show was only virtual, so I think pretty much ANYONE with a gaming site should’ve gotten a press pass. But I’ll make the best of the situation and write an article about it anyway! So here it is!
