I finished up what I want to play in Golf with Your Friends and then dug into Dishonored 2 for a while.
I have about 15 minutes until I have to officially get up but I’ve been up since 6:30am just listening to the radio. Currently I am typing on the iPad and man if someone ever creates a keyboard with a trackpad I’ll be a fan for life. I’m thinking about trying to get back to reading the newspaper and the local paper has a special where I can get 3 months of their digital version for a $1. Not bad but I am in a small town so stories would most likely be palm tree on fire (this was an actual news story on the local news right after the main story of the day).
Reflecting on what I played this week as I wait to see Hotel Transylvania 3 [posting this later. Already saw the movie. It was good. I love seeing old SNL comics doing the voices like Adam Sandler, Molly Shannon and David Spade]. I hit the retro first with PlayStation games. Later I'll mention catching up in the Banner Saga series and then getting sidetracked by Bomber Crew while waiting for Banner Saga 2 to install.
Tuesday Pixlpeeps, Tuesday is here. I really should get back to my Monday entries but I like the Tuesday vibe. An extra day to maybe squeeze one more day of games for the update, be lazy about what I want to write about, and catch up with the blog entries you good people have written. So far my PS4, 360, Vita, and 3DS all haven’t been powered on. No reason other than when I do want to play an actual console game I’ve been hitting the PS3, but more on that later. This morning while browsing through Slickdeals I saw this ad, and thought of you folks. For you folks who are on the fence about which console to get this is a pretty good bundle
Pixlbit Nation how are you? It is Friday and I am ready to do nothing but take some pictures, and play some games, but I am currently waiting on a client to see if my latest creation is a go or no go. So while I am doing that I think its time to celebrate Friday with another edition of Quick Hits with Chris! So anything interesting happen to you folks this week? On my end I found out that Kool-Aid makes a Cherry Limeade flavor and that has quickly become my favorite drink. This weekend I’m thinking about visiting a neighboring town’s park to take some different pictures, and listen to the albums I added to the iPod. Anyways I think its time we get started with another edition of Quick Hits With Chris!
How did we go from 4-2 in the second period to being beat 5-4 in OT? Well, we looked damn good out there otherwise, so here's to next season.

The NHL regular season starts tomorrow night, but that hasn’t stopped EA from declaring who they think is going to be raising the Stanley Cup next spring.
Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 3D is an adaptation of the PSP version, itself a continuation of the last generation PlayStation 2 PES games. From what I gather, the PES games on the PlayStation 2 are some of the favorites of the soccer sim community, thus making this 3DS adaptation a continuation of the better games of the series… with 3D. I’m not fully versed with said games, but I can say that PES 2011 3D provides an extremely deep soccer simulation that clearly caters to hardcore fans of the sport. This isn’t entirely appealing to me, due in part to the aggressive, nearly insurmountable AI (for a beginner) and my general disinterest in the sport. However, the game is occasionally enjoyable and with some of the best stereoscopic 3D of the launch 3DS titles, it does a great job of validating how great the 3D effect actually is.
Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 3D is yet another iteration in the PES series (also known as International Super Star Soccer and Winning 11), but given the advanced capabilities of the 3DS, it is sure to offer one of the most robust handheld soccer experiences to date. While stereoscopic 3D will be included, giving players a sense of depth on the field, it will also offer a wide variety of other features.
