I've been playing video games since 1981. And only a little less time after I started playing video games, I learned I could alter the way my games played, whether it was from tinkering with the game's programming or by using tools provided in the game itself for user-made content. I also learned how to make my own computer games, in a rudimentary fashion.

Alone in the Dark is a very interesting game series. It  was a puzzle horror series that I really didn't know too much about until I watched a retsupurae on the first couple of games. So in 2008 Alone in the Dark was revived by Atari. How did it turn out? Well if you have a PS3 then for less than $10 you can pick up the vastly superior Inferno Edition. In fact, I would recommend it. It's a solid 7/10 game...it has it's flaws, but definitely is the version you should play...the Wii version however...not so much. And today I will discuss why.

I managed (finally) to beat Lucifer yesterday so I can put SMT IV away now.

I'm at Lucifer right now and I know that's the final boss. He's already wiped me out once. First form was a breeze, second form took me out in a couple of turns. Currently I'm running around finishing quests most of which are ridiculously easy at level 95. I decided to get myself to level 99 before tackling Lucifer again. I'm so close now I might as well.
